Priority Support

AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME: 0 - 24hrs

For purchases of the commercial licence ONLY. If you have paid for the commercial licence and you have issues, please use the priority support option from within your account area at the Maian Script World Licence Centre. Priority support is offered free for 12 months with a commercial purchase. This can be renewed (if applicable) at the Licence Centre if the support expires.

I am aware of priority support messages immediately as notifications are sent to all devices. More info here.

Free Support

AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME: 3 - 7 working days

Free support is offered via the support forum at Maian Script World. Note that this is the only option for free support.
